Shipping Information

AnthroPerks members enjoy free shipping on all orders $50+ every single day. Sign up here. Shipping costs vary by order total and can range from $6.95 to $15.95. For express and overnight delivery, add $10 and $15, respectively. Please use this chart for more information.

We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.

With the exception of furniture and other oversized items, we ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

We also offer collection points and store pickup as alternate shipping options. Orders will be shipped within 4-8 days, and you’ll receive a notification email when your order is ready for pickup. At this time, furniture and select items are unavailable for pickup at a store or collection point.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

If an item is on backorder, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of backordered items in your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, you may cancel items until they begin processing. To determine if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item.

Yes! Select fabrics and colors may be ordered by visiting the product page of each item you're interested in and selecting Request a Swatch. Swatches will arrive about 5-7 business days after submitting a request.

We are happy to provide two Unlimited Furniture Delivery services.

Our White Glove Delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers, mirrors, bath vanities, and hanging furniture), and debris removal. Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery.

Doorstep Delivery is available for eligible items at a lower flat-rate fee and includes in-box delivery to your front door. There is no need to schedule a delivery or provide a signature. You will receive an email 1 to 2 days prior notifying you of your scheduled delivery date. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly and debris removal are not included.

Please note that our delivery partners are unable to take or move furniture that you are replacing. Please plan accordingly!

Unlimited Furniture Delivery item(s) eligible for White Glove delivery services will be ready to ship on or around the estimated availability date quoted upon order placement and also in your order confirmation email. From time to time these dates may change based on item availability. Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery. Please contact our furniture specialists if you have any questions regarding your ready-to-schedule date.

Doorstep Delivery items are delivered in-box to your front door. There is no need to schedule a delivery or provide a signature. You will receive an email 1 to 2 days prior notifying you of your scheduled delivery date. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly and debris removal are not included.

As you prepare for your White Glove Delivery, please clear a path to the room(s) of your choice and the space where furniture will be placed prior to delivery, as the delivery team cannot move your existing furniture. We also suggest protecting anything that may be susceptible to damage, such as floors, furniture or entryways. We recommend that you move pets to a separate room.

To make changes such as updates to your shipping address, item exchanges, or cancellations, please contact our furniture specialists. To check your order status, you can Track Your Order at any time or contact our furniture specialists.

We do not recommend treating your Anthropologie furniture or décor with any additional cleaning or protective products. Please reference the care instructions provided on each item's product page to learn how to best care for your product. You may also find our Furniture Guides to be a helpful resource!

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt or AnthroPerks lookup.

For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. After one year, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.

Furniture items may not be returned in stores. If your item(s) arrived via delivery service, please contact our furniture specialists to schedule a complimentary return pick-up within 30 days.

If you have an Anthropologie account, sign in, select Order History, then locate and select the order you wish to return or exchange. Guest orders and orders received as gifts may be found by checking your Order Status.Once you've located your order, select Start a Return or Exchange and follow the instructions to print your label. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as a copy of your label in case it is misplaced.Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually. Please obtain a tracking number, and a receipt from the carrier, for your records.If you're still having trouble, please contact us.

Return labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. However, a $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).Unlimited Furniture Delivery items cannot be returned using a return label. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually.If we receive your items within our return window, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. If we receive your items outside of the return window, a merchandise credit will be sent to the email address used for the purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.Be sure to obtain a tracking number, and a receipt from the carrier, for your records.Please note: Anthropologie is not responsible for non-Anthropologie items shipped back to us in error.

Yes, it most certainly can. If you make a return in store, let the store associate know your preferred method of refund. We are unable to process returns at our warehouse for items purchased at an Anthropologie store.If you are making a return by mail, select Order Status to print out a return label. Select GIFT when processing your return to receive an e-gift card. The original order number and billing zip code is required to process your gift return. If you don't have this information, please contact us.

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one–time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with an original sales receipt within 14 days of original sales purchase.For online or phone orders, please contact us. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.For store purchases, please contact or stop by your local store. Visit our store locator to find the location nearest you.

You can return online orders by mail or at a store, as long as they are accompanied by an original sales receipt or are eligible for AnthroPerks lookup. Use the Start A Return Or Exchange link located in the footer on our website. Enter the order number and the billing zip code that was used to place the order.The order number can be found on the shipping label on the outside of the packaging. If you're unable to locate this number, please contact us with the gift giver's name and/or email address and we'll be happy to help.Make sure to select the e-merchandise credit option and enter the email address you wish for it to be sent to once the return has been received.In-store purchases, when accompanied by an original sales receipt or gift receipt, may be returned to any store location for merchandise credit. Locate a store near you to confirm business hours. Please note that merchandise purchased in our stores cannot be returned via mail.

Mobile Authentication Login & Account Creation

Your security and safety are very important to us. Using a verified mobile phone number for login helps us ensure the only person able to log into your account is you. Plus, no more passwords to reset or remember! Standard message & data rates may apply.

At this time adding a mobile number to your account is optional. However, we strongly recommend you take this step to improve the security of your account. We will eventually transition to mobile number authentication for all customers, but you have some time before that change goes into effect.

Make sure you are logging in to an existing account. If the code you requested has not arrived, you may not have an account linked to that email address. Please create an account, and request a code once more.

Please be sure you are using the most recently requested code. If your code came through SMS it is only valid for 5 minutes. If you received via email, it is valid for 15 minutes.

Once a mobile number has been added and verified for your account, you can use that number plus a one-time code to log in to your account. Using a verified phone number for login helps to ensure that you are the only person who has login access to the account.

In order to protect your account, we have a limit on the number of times you can request and submit a code for account login. Make sure you are logging in to an existing account. If the code you requested has not arrived, you may not have an account linked to that email address. Please create an account or try again in 15 minutes!

If your mobile number has changed since creating your account, sign in to your account with your email address and one-time code. Next, visit My Account to edit your mobile number.

Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to create an account with a landline or VOIP phone number. You can still browse and shop our family of brands as a guest.

If you are requesting your code via SMS, you should receive the code immediately. If you have requested a code via email, it may take up to five minutes. If you still have not received a code, please contact us.

Ordering & Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Anthropologie, Terrain, and BHLDN gift cards and e-gift cards issued in USD.

Your selected method of payment will be charged once your items have shipped. You may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment prior to delivery.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).

Promo codes may be entered in your basket. In the right-hand column, click Enter a Promo Code and enter the code. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

You should have received an email with more details on your order cancellation to the email address linked to your order. Please check your spam folder, and contact us if you need more information.

It may be tucked away in your email spam folder. Be sure to thoroughly check all folders in your email account. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.

E-gift cards with pin numbers can be redeemed online or in US and Canada stores. Gift cards without a pin number can be used at our US and Canada stores. Visit our Store Locator to find the store(s) nearest you.

Store Pickup

Want something sooner? Pick up your online selections in person at a store! Here's how: When you find an item you'd like to purchase on anthropologie.com or the Anthropologie iPhone app, select a size and color to see availability. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once in checkout, select "Pick Up" as the ship method, and finalize the location.

At this time, furniture and select items are unavailable for pickup at a store.

Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that details your item(s), shipping and payment methods. This does not mean your order is ready to be picked up. You'll receive a separate notification email when your order is ready at your selected store. Remember to check your junk e-mail and add Anthropologie@st.anthropologie.com to your address book to ensure you receive notifications. Wait for this notification before heading to the store!

Once every item in your order is ready for pickup, your order will be held for four days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will not be charged.

If you need to schedule a 24-hour extension, please contact us directly at 800.309.2500.

Please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device). You may also have someone else pick up your order, so long as they bring the order confirmation.

Your method of payment will not be charged until your order is picked up. While you may see a pre-authorization on your selected method of payment prior to pick up, this will not post to your account until you have retrieved your order.

A Collection Point is an alternate location you may select for package shipment and pickup. A Collection Point is not an Anthropologie store.

Orders will ship to your selected location and be available for pickup within 4-8 business days. Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship to your chosen Collection Point.You will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready for collection. Once your order has arrived, it will be held for seven days. Orders that are not picked up within this time frame will be cancelled. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned order at our warehouse. A $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Gifting & Registry

Good news! Gift wrap can be added to eligible items once in your basket. Look for the gift box icon and don’t forget to add a gift message at checkout!If you do not see the gift box icon, unfortunately, your item is not eligible for gift wrap services.

Add (and save) a gift message at checkout to ensure your package includes a packing slip. Anthropologie packing slips are sent without prices and can be used as gift receipts.

You can search for a registry online or in the Anthropologie mobile app (available on the App Store) using the registrant’s first and last name. If you’re in a store, please ask an associate for assistance.

Most items can be added to a registry. However, made-to-order/customized and Curated by Anthropologie items cannot be added to registries at this time.

You sure can, and it’s a smart move, especially in the event that your registry reaches completion and some guests have yet to find a gift. To add this option to your registry, simply check the box indicating that gift and e-gift cards are welcome, located at the bottom of the “Create Your Registry” and “Edit Your Registry” pages.

Absolutely! Backordered items on your registry are available for immediate purchase but will ship on their estimated ship date.

Yes, you can update any or all your event and profile information by signing in to manage your registry and clicking “Edit Registry Profile.”

In your registry profile, click on the “Share Registry” button. From there, you’ll be able to copy and paste a link to share your list however you wish.

Whenever a gift is purchased—be it in-store, online or through our mobile app—your registry will be updated within minutes.

Your gift will be shipped directly to the address specified by the registrants. For privacy reasons, we keep this hidden.

Unfortunately, at this time, our gift registry does not ship outside the United States. International customers are welcome to create a gift registry, provided they enter a US shipping address.

Yes, we do! After your wedding date, we will email you a 15% off promotional code to purchase items remaining on your registry. This one-time-use code is valid for 90 days online or in stores and is only available at this time for wedding registries. Your code will be sent 8 days after your event date.

Anthropologie Weddings

If you need to cancel items from your order, you may do so until they begin processing. Please note that this will cancel all quantities of the item from your order. To see if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.We know this information is time-sensitive, and we’re here to help you find an alternative that feels right for you. Anthropologie Weddings is unique because many of our in-stock items ship just a few days after your order is placed. We provide specific measurements for all apparel items; look for the 'size guide' link on the product page. Additional details are available on the product page under Product Details. We also offer complimentary sizing assistance via our styling services to ensure you get the fit right the first time around. If you are unable to meet with our stylists for an appointment at one of our store locations, we recommend getting measured by a professional tailor and using our reference guides to best determine your size. If you’d prefer to measure yourself at home, please use this guide.

We do not offer alteration services. We recommend working with an experienced tailor who has a background in bridal wear.

Yes, you need an appointment to try on wedding gowns. We also encourage you to make an appointment for bridesmaid shopping to ensure optimal service. We recommend calling the store ahead of time if you are shopping for a bridal party of more than five people, as we will need to make extra accommodations for your appointment.To schedule an appointment, please visit our styling services page. We suggest that you book at least 6 months prior to your event date.
