Shipping Information

We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, this date will also be included in your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing time as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For the latest updates on shipments, please check your order history.

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

Wedding Gowns and Bridal Sets

All wedding gowns and bridal sets require an additional shipping charge of $15 (noted on the product page for the item).

Live Plants

Live plants that ship via ground, valued up to $99.99, have a $14.95 shipping charge. Orders $100+ have a $45.95 shipping charge.

Live plants shipping via 2nd day air have a $16.95 shipping charge. They ship directly from our growers, Monday through Wednesday. Any order received after 10 AM EST Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery is unavailable to international locations, US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All other shipping methods are unavailable. Note: additional restrictions apply for citrus plants. Citrus plants must be ordered by Monday 8AM EST to ship the week of order placement.

Live plants shipping via overnight services have a $24.95 shipping charge. They ship directly from our growers, Monday through Thursday. Any order received after Thursday 10 AM EST will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery is unavailable to international locations, US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All other shipping methods are unavailable.

With Unlimited Furniture Delivery, you enjoy one flat-rate delivery fee for all eligible styles. Orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. For most delivery areas, furniture will arrive 1–3 weeks after your order is in stock and available to ship.

We are happy to provide two delivery services:

White Glove Delivery

Includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers, mirrors, bath vanities, and hanging furniture), and debris removal. Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery.

Doorstep Delivery

Available for eligible items at a lower flat-rate fee, and includes in-box delivery to your front door. There is no need to schedule a delivery or provide a signature. You will receive an email notifying you of your scheduled Doorstep Delivery date 1 to 2 days prior to delivery. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or left with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly and debris removal are not included.

If Doorstep Delivery-eligible items are purchased with White Glove Delivery-eligible items, we will automatically upgrade all Unlimited Furniture Delivery styles in your order to be delivered via our White Glove service – with no additional fee.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on both the product page and at checkout. You will not be charged for backordered the items until they officially ship. If an item goes on backorder before your order is fulfilled, we’ll notify you by email, and you’ll be updated if there are any changes to your item’s status.

Cancellations

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes to an order after it's placed, you do have a short window of time to cancel items before they begin processing.

If you'd like to cancel an eligible item, please note all quantities of the item will be cancelled. With eligible items, if you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your shipment, you may return or exchange eligible items.

To see if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.

Though rare, please note we reserve the right to cancel items . Once an item successfully is cancelled, you will receive an email that includes all cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is currently available only at U.S. locations. To check local availability, visit the product details page after selecting your item.

To place a Store Pickup order, add eligible items to your cart and proceed to checkout. There, you can choose your preferred store. A pre-authorization may appear on your payment method, but you won’t be charged until you receive your items.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email with all the details you need, including a link to a check-in form and your order information.

When you arrive, simply click “I’ve Arrived” in your email to check in. Inside the store, any sales associate can assist you with locating your order.

We’ll hold your pickup order for 4 days; if you can’t make it in time, your order will be canceled. To request a 24-hour extension, please contact us to avoid cancellation.

Collection Points

What is a...Collection Point? Simply put, it is an alternate location used for package shipments and pickup. Kindly note, a Collection Point is not an Anthropologie store.

Orders will ship to your selected location and will be available for pickup within 4 to 8 business days. Your selected method of payment will be charged when your items are shipped to your chosen Collection Point.

You will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready for collection. Once your order has arrived, it will be held for 7 days. If you miss the 7-day window, unfortunately, your order will be cancelled. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned order at our warehouse. Please note: A $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
